Multilingual website development your partners can approve before design

"We need a contractor who has already built sites in our niche." That thought comes up when you compare portfolios for multilingual website development, and we have no industry case to show yet.

Callback target: 5 minutes.

We call back within 5 minutes

If you already have a site, we start with its audit

What we show first is a concept: audience research, structure, copy and a decision report. Your partners approve it before design starts, and its cost is credited toward the build.

Leave your phone number: we call back, discuss the task and fill in the brief (the list of exactly what we build). Target: a call within 5 minutes.

What does multilingual website development include here?

We build multilingual corporate websites for companies that sell abroad, and we start with a concept: audience research, structure, copy and a decision report. Your partners approve it before design starts, and its cost is credited toward the build. Premium includes a second market or language.

Terms we put in the contract

  • 30-day guarantee and 2 rounds of edits.

Why choosing a studio for a second-language site stalls

You open portfolios and look for cases in your own niche. We have no case from a specific industry yet, so a studio that has one will look safer on paper. The concept gives you something to check in its place. You get the research on your buyers and the reason behind each choice.

Then the quotes arrive, and another firm quoted less. A lower number says little until you see what it covers. Our packages list their scope next to the price, below on this page.

What the decision report settles for every language

Strategy comes first: audience, pain points, structure and copy before any design. The Business and Premium packages include lead tracking, so you see the source of each lead. For a second language, the decision report settles these points in writing:

  • Where each language lives: a subdirectory, a subdomain or a country domain. That choice decides how hreflang tags (markup that tells search engines which page is the same page in another language) are set.

  • A language switcher in the header that works on every page, so a visitor can change language wherever they land.

  • Languages: we agree them in the brief. Minor languages we build for you on a custom plan.

  • Dates, currencies, measurement units and images are adapted to each market along with the text.

  • If the site takes payments, the report lists which currencies it accepts.

  • Search per language: localized keywords go into the URLs and title tags of each version. That depends on how the text is translated, so the two decisions are made together.

  • Price of an added language: Premium includes a second market or language. On Start and Business it is a separately priced option, listed under pricing below.

  • Right-to-left languages need a mirrored layout, and the report flags that before design starts.

  • Translation by professional translators or by automated translation, chosen and explained in the report.

  • Translation workflow: a tool such as WPML, Weglot or Localazy can store the translations, and the report says how an edit to one language reaches the others.

  • Platform: WordPress with the WPML plugin, or a headless CMS (a content system that stores text apart from the page templates).

What you get from the concept

  • One document for partners and director

The decision report lists the chosen option, the alternatives and the arguments. Approvers see the reasoning behind the mockups. You hand partners and your director one document, and you can hold it next to any cheaper quote.

  • Audience and data first, structure and design after

The site starts from your audience and the data about it, then moves to structure and design. Every choice on structure and copy is written down with its reason. You can judge our work by those reasons, even without a case from your niche.

  • A second market, tested on real visitors

Premium includes a further market or language, A/B tests (two versions of a page shown to different visitors) and three months of help with search visibility and AI answers. Page versions are compared by the leads they bring, not by taste. Your site reaches the second market already tested on real visitors.

Four steps from request to a live site

  1. Leave a request and get a call within 5 minutes. The studio's AI assistant calls right away and clarifies the task and the budget.

  2. Discuss the task with Andrii and fill in the brief. The call happens at a time that suits you, and the assistant books the slot in Andrii's calendar.

  3. Sign the contract and pay the invoice. Contract and specification are signed electronically.

  4. Accept each stage by a signed act and receive the site. You have 3-4 working days to answer on each stage.

Questions before you sign

Do you have experience in my niche?

We have no case from a specific industry to show yet. Before design we research your buyers and write the decision report, so your partners can check each choice against what they know about your market.

Can we think it over and talk to our partners first?

Yes. The callback commits you to nothing: the contract is step 3, after you have discussed the task and filled in the brief. Long deliberation has never guaranteed a good decision: it is made by the numbers, not by the time spent thinking. The offer is simple: invoice, contract, acceptance by act.

What if the edits never end?

The contract sets 2 rounds of edits, and in practice we work until you are happy with the result. The concept is approved before design starts, so the direction is agreed before the first mockup.

Will we lose search positions and leads when we move to the new site?

A move loses organic traffic when old addresses disappear. The usual protection is a page-by-page 301 redirect (a permanent forward from the old address to the new one) for every address that can't be kept.

We are happy with our site and our contractor. Why change?

If they work for you, there is no reason to switch for the sake of it. A second language or market is a new audience, and the concept starts by researching it. The concept cost is credited toward the build if you go on with us.

Will the site, the domain and the access stay with the studio?

Your domain and server are registered to you, and we hand over access.

Who will support the site in a year, in three, in five?

Premium includes 3 months of SEO support with neural answers. After launch, ongoing edits are available in the Month with edits plan from USD 190, which covers up to 5 hours of edits.
