- The request form asks for your phone number or email. Everything else is optional.
- We use it to call you back, talk through your task and fill in the brief (the list of exactly what we build).
- We don't sell your data and don't send you marketing without your separate consent.
- Our analytics is cookieless.

What we collect and why

If you give us your website address, we check it automatically and only look at what any visitor can see.
Who helps us
We share data only with services we need to run the site and handle requests:
- Cloudflare — delivers the site pages, receives form submissions and runs cookieless Web Analytics;
- Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on the forms: checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot;
- our own CRM, where requests are kept.
They process the data only on our instructions. We never sell it.
How long we keep it
- Requests that did not lead to a contract: while we are talking about the work, or until you withdraw consent.
- Contract data: for the term of the contract and then as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Technical logs: for a short period, then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it, or stop or limit its use;
- send it to you in a portable format;
- stop using it on the basis of consent — withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before.
You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
How to contact us about your data
Write to hello@blessthis.agency with the subject "Personal data". Tell us the phone or email you used in the form, and what you want us to do. We reply within one month.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
