Terms of service

Terms of service text

Last updated: {{published_date}}

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to every order for web and marketing services that Bless This accepts through blessthis.agency. "We" means Bless This. "You" means the person or business that places the order. Contact: hello@blessthis.agency.

We build websites (turnkey sites, business-card sites, landing pages, corporate sites), and we set up email, newsletter and CRM tools. The package you order and its fixed price are named in your contract and brief.

2. How an order starts

This site takes no online payment. You leave your phone number in the callback request form. We call you, talk through the task and fill in the brief together (the brief is the list of exactly what we build). After the call we send you a quote and an invoice for the package.

You sign the contract and the brief before you pay. Work on the order starts when we receive your payment.

3. Scope of work

We do the work listed in the brief and nothing outside it. If you want something the brief doesn't list, we write it down as a change request, name its price and timing, and start it only after you confirm in writing.

4. Prices and payment

Package prices are fixed and published, and your contract states the price of your order in USD. A package is paid by invoice before work starts, as the invoice states. Individual work is paid as set in a separate contract. The invoice shows what you pay for, the amount, the payment details and the due date.

5. What you provide

You send us the texts, images, logos, access and decisions the brief calls for, and you answer our questions on time. If material arrives late, the dates in the contract move by the same number of days. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you give us.

6. Rounds of edits

Each stage includes two rounds of edits within the brief. Send your comments for a round as one list, and we apply them together. A further round is a change request under section 3.

7. Acceptance

When we deliver a stage, you check it against the brief and tell us in writing what doesn't match. We correct those points as part of the stage. A stage is accepted when you confirm it in writing, or when the review period set in the contract ends without a written objection.

8. 30-day fix guarantee

For 30 days after acceptance we fix, free of charge, any defect in our work, such as elements that don't work or build errors. This doesn't cover changes made by you or others after handover, failures of third-party services, or the content of your materials.

9. Ownership and handover

The rights to the finished work pass to you once the order is paid in full. Until then they stay with us. Your domain and server are registered to you, and we hand over access to them at the end of the order.

10. Liability

Our total liability to you under an order is limited to the amount you have paid us under that order. This limit applies as far as the law allows.

11. Governing law and disputes

The contract for your order names the governing law and where disputes are heard. If a disagreement comes up, write to us first through the contact page and describe it. We will try to settle it with you directly before either side goes further.

12. Changes to these terms

Personal data is handled under our privacy policy.

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. An order is covered by the terms that were in force on the day you signed its contract.
