Custom domain email and a CRM you can set up yourself

Every business needs custom domain email and a CRM. Email on your own domain makes the company look serious; a CRM swaps chaos for order. BlessThis offers its own services for both: mailboxes from USD 20 a month and a CRM at USD 60 a month. Unlike bloated CRMs, both are subscriptions you can set up yourself, with our help if you want it.

Cancel in any month. The month you've already paid for isn't refunded.

Where we reply to your request

Mail from your own domain reads as a letter from a company. We can also set the CRM up around your process, if you want us to.

Short answer

BlessThis offers email on your own domain from USD 20 a month and a CRM at USD 60 a month. Both are subscriptions you can set up yourself, and we help with setup if you ask. Cancel in any month; the month you already paid for is not refunded.

Both products are our own

  • Mail: mailcare, our own product, at mailcare.online.

  • CRM: our own CRM, our own product.

Your company's mail should come from your company's domain

A letter from a free public address carries no company name. A letter from name@yourdomain.com shows who is writing before it is opened.

A CRM that costs a lot and confuses your managers

You are choosing a CRM for your business, and the ones you find are expensive and complicated. Managers get confused, and requests get lost.

Mail and CRM that we run ourselves

BlessThis is a web and marketing studio. The mail and the CRM are our own tools, so you can run them yourself or let us run them.

You get mailboxes on your domain with webmail and a control panel, or the CRM, or both. Read the details in Business email details.

What you get from the CRM and the mail

  • A CRM on a monthly subscription

Bless This CRM runs as a monthly subscription. There is nothing to buy up front, so no big setup bill. Your client records get organised for one fixed monthly fee.

  • Your own domain, billed monthly

Your domain hosts the mailboxes, billed monthly with a minimum payment. A fixed fee replaces free consumer mail. Your company writes from its own address, and clients see your company name in every letter.

  • 10 GB mailboxes in the apps you already use

Each mailbox holds 10 GB. It connects to the mail apps on your phone and desktop. Your team reads and sends from the apps it already uses.

How to start with the CRM in four steps

  1. Choose a subscription or implementation. The subscription is USD 60 a month under the public offer. Implementation is USD 1,100 after a call.

  2. Accept the offer and pay, or ask for a call. A subscription is bought under the public offer, implementation under a contract. After the call we send an invoice, and you pay by bank transfer.

  3. Get access to the CRM. Access comes after payment, or after implementation.

  4. Start keeping your clients and requests in it. With implementation, we set the CRM up around how your managers take requests.

Questions before you connect

Can I read my mail in a phone app?

Yes. IMAP and SMTP work, so phone apps connect.

Will my staff enter data into the CRM?

A CRM gets skipped when filling in a record takes minutes and sending a quick note takes seconds. If your process needs it, implementation (USD 1,100, once) sets the CRM up around how your team works.

Is the CRM too complicated for our business?

It's our own product, sold as a subscription at USD 60 a month that you set up yourself. If you'd rather not, implementation for your process costs USD 1,100 once.

Will I have to pay extra for connections later?

Each price above lists what it includes. The one-time charges in these offers are the domain connection for mail (USD 60) and the implementation of the CRM (USD 1,100). Everything else is monthly, or a full year at once.

How do I move my domain's mail from the old service without losing letters?

Domain connection covers the DNS records, creating the mailboxes and moving your mail. An MX record is the DNS entry that tells the internet where to deliver mail for your domain. We agree the transfer with you.

Will mail from my domain land in spam?

Connection sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, three DNS records the receiving server uses to check that a message really comes from your domain.
