A CRM for business that you set up yourself

Email on your domain and a CRM for business that you set up yourself. The CRM is our own product, so you can start without a big implementation project.

You can cancel in any month. The month you have already paid for is not refunded.

Where we reply to your request

Bless This CRM by subscription: USD 60 a month for up to 5 users, or USD 560 for a year paid upfront. After the call we send an invoice, and you pay by bank transfer.

What this CRM is and what it costs

BlessThis Agency sells its own CRM for business: USD 60 a month for up to 5 users, or USD 560 for a year. You set it up yourself, with our help if you want it. If you would rather not, we configure it for USD 1,100, paid once.

Bless This CRM, run by the people who built it

  • Bless This CRM is our own product, and we use it ourselves.. The case study is linked at the end of this page.

What you get with the CRM

This one is a subscription you set up yourself. Below is what it does today, what it does not do, and what the price covers.

Pipeline with stages you define

Every deal sits on a board, and you drag it from one stage to the next. You can run several pipelines, rename and reorder the stages, and mark each stage as active, won or lost. A lost deal records its reason, so you can see why deals fall out.

Follow-up tasks

Tasks have a deadline, a type and an owner, and they show in a list and in a calendar. A stage can also create a "Contact" task after the number of days you set. That is the one automation rule the CRM has today. A builder for longer workflows is custom work.

Your own fields, pipelines and roles

Add your own fields to deals, contacts and companies: text, number, date, link or a pick-list. Besides the pipelines above, there are two roles, admin and member. For each person you choose whether they see all deals or only their own, and which actions they have on deals, contacts, companies and tasks: create, edit, delete, export.

Website form, API and CSV

A public web form sends requests from your website into an "Unsorted" list, where you accept, reject or restore each one. The CRM also has a REST API with keys and outgoing webhooks (a webhook is a message the CRM sends to another system when a lead or a deal is created or changes stage). Gmail, Outlook and phone systems are not connected: you log calls and emails by hand.

Dashboards

The dashboard shows deals by source and by manager, the latest deals and the nearest tasks. Funnel analytics covers any period up to 366 days: how deals moved, where they stand, who is responsible and where they came from. The pipeline summary gives the number and the total amount of deals.

Moving in from spreadsheets

Save your spreadsheet as a CSV file and import deals, contacts and companies. A deal imports with its title, stage, amount, company, contact, owner, source, tags and description. You can export all three back to CSV.

Starting on your own

On the first start you create the admin account. A starter pipeline with 10 stages is already there, so you rename and reorder stages instead of building from a blank screen. You set the subscription up yourself, and you can ask us for help along the way.

Not in the CRM today

The CRM has no AI features.

A mobile app is not part of it either.

There is no shared inbox for email, calls and chat. The interface is in Russian today. Each of these can be built for you as custom work under an individual plan.

Price, users and trial

The subscription is USD 60 a month and covers up to 5 users. The price is for the CRM as described on this page. Anything added on request is a custom build under an individual plan.

There is no free plan and no free trial. The start is paid, and you can cancel in any month.

The limits, stated plainly: up to 5 users on the subscription, and attachments of up to 15 MB each.

Done-for-you setup

If you would rather not do it yourself, implementation is USD 1,100, paid once. We configure the pipeline stages, custom fields and user roles to the way your team sells.

Why a CRM turns into chaos instead of order

You are choosing a CRM for your business, and the ones you find are expensive and complicated. Managers get confused, and requests get lost. This CRM has one price, and every deal in it has an owner and a stage.

How to start in four steps

  1. Choose the subscription or the implementation. The subscription is USD 60 a month for up to 5 users. Implementation is USD 1,100 after a call.

  2. Send a request, then settle the invoice or book a call. The subscription is invoiced, and the payment method is arranged with the invoice. Implementation runs on a contract.

  3. Get access to the CRM. You get access once the invoice is paid, or after implementation.

  4. Start tracking customers and requests. Every deal has an owner and a stage, so a request does not get lost between managers.

What each option gives you

  • A fixed monthly fee

Bless This CRM by subscription costs USD 60 a month. That means no one-off purchase and no costly implementation just to start. Your business begins tracking customers in order for one monthly fee.

  • Built by the people who use it

The CRM is our own product, and we use it ourselves. Support and changes therefore come from the people who know it from the inside. Your questions about the CRM go to the developer, with no middleman.

  • Set up around your process

Implementation costs USD 1,100 and means we configure the CRM to the way your team sells. Your managers do not have to adapt to someone else's scheme. Requests pass through the stages of your process and do not get lost between colleagues.

Questions before you buy

Is it too complex for our business?

It covers contacts, companies, deals on a pipeline, tasks with deadlines and notes. A starter pipeline with 10 stages is ready on the first start, and you move a deal by dragging it. We use the CRM ourselves.

Will my team really fill it in?

Every deal has an owner, a stage and tasks with deadlines, so each manager's next step sits in the CRM. A stage can create a "Contact" task after the number of days you set, and the change log shows who changed a deal.

Will I pay extra for connections later?

The subscription is USD 60 a month for up to 5 users, and the year is USD 560. The website form, the REST API and webhooks are part of the CRM. Email, phone and chat connections do not exist today, and if you need one it is custom work under an individual plan, separate from the subscription.

Why pay USD 60 a month when a spreadsheet is free?

In a spreadsheet you keep stages, owners, deadlines and history by hand. The CRM keeps them for you: a board of stages, an owner on every deal, tasks with deadlines and a change log, for USD 60 a month. You can cancel in any month.
