What we set up for you
Connecting a domain means pointing its MX records (the DNS entries that tell the internet where your mail goes) at the mail server, then creating the mailboxes. Each step is in the connection fee.
We do this work for you. That suits a team without an admin: DNS changes are a task nobody on the team has time for.
We also set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC. These are three DNS records that show receiving servers your mail really comes from your domain, which helps against spoofing (someone sending mail in your name). The control panel checks the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records of your domain, and DKIM is created automatically.
Next to the mailboxes you can add aliases: extra addresses such as sales@ or support@ on your domain that deliver into a mailbox you already have.
You open each mailbox in webmail with one-click sign-in.
To use a mail app on your computer or phone, you connect it over IMAP and SMTP (the standard protocols mail apps use).
If you already have mail with another provider, we move it by agreement.
There's one plan today: USD 20 a month, which is the minimum payment. Billing is prepaid. The details are in the pricing section below.
