What this case shows

Our own CRM is a subscription for any business that is done with chaos in its leads. It keeps contacts, companies, deals and tasks in one place. You set it up yourself, with our help if you want it. It costs $60 a month for up to 5 users.

What the CRM is for

A CRM answers three questions for any business: who the customer is, where each deal stands and what to do next. Ours holds contacts with phone, email and job title, companies with their site, and deals with an amount, a source and several contacts per deal. Every change to a deal goes into a log, so you can see who did what.

The reason we built it for ourselves:.

How it works and what it's built on

Deals move through a pipeline of your own stages. You can keep several pipelines, mark each stage as active, won or lost, record the reason for a lost deal and drag a deal from one stage to the next. A stage can create a "get in touch" task a set number of days after a deal lands in it.

New requests arrive from a public web form on your site and wait in an "Unsorted" inbox, where you accept, reject or restore them. Each user is an admin or a member. For deals, tasks, contacts and companies, you choose whether a user sees all records or only their own. The CRM imports and exports deals, contacts and companies as CSV files, and it makes backups with checksums.

Developers get a REST API with keys and signed webhooks (messages the CRM sends to your other tools when a lead or a deal changes). Under the hood it runs on Node.js 22.12+, Express 5.1, SQLite and React 19.2, in Docker.

You connect under a public offer (our standard terms) and set it up yourself. If you want a hand, we help. The CRM service page has the details of what you can connect.

What exists today

  • The CRM is a product that clients can connect by subscription. It's our own product, not a client project, and the owner confirmed it on 2026-10-24. We checked 52 working features against the source code on the same date.

  • Its limits are plain. The interface is in Russian. Calls and emails are logged by hand, and the CRM doesn't send them. It has no invoices, quotes or product catalog.

  • We haven't published usage figures yet, so this page shows none.

Key takeaways

  • You set it up yourself, or ask us to help.
  • The price covers up to 5 users.
  • The terms are public, because you connect through a public offer.
  • You can cancel in any month.
